Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription

This is only for subscriptions bought inside the ChatBoost app, where the receipt came from Apple or Google. We can't cancel these for you, but it takes a minute on your phone.

iPhone or iPad

1. Open Settings and tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions, then ChatBoost.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

If you see Expires on instead of a cancel button, it's already cancelled. Apple's guide: Cancel a subscription from Apple.

Android

1. Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Choose ChatBoost, then Cancel subscription.

ChatBoost isn't in the list

First check that you're signed in with the Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe. If ChatBoost still isn't listed, you bought on our website. Paying with Apple Pay or Google Pay on our website does not make it an App Store or Google Play subscription. Follow Cancel your subscription instead.
